STORE TOURS
Join me for a virtual grocery store tour to learn about where to shop, reading labels and more!
Together we'll discover:
- The difference between the perimeter and the center aisles of the store
- What constitutes as processed food?
- How to read labels and know what you are eating
- Whats’s the difference between organically grown and conventionally grown produce?

It is my role to partner with you to provide ongoing support and accountability as you create an action plan to meet and maintain your health goals.
